Much of the lower floor still contains the original Maple hardwood floor. This house has three larger bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and laundry room. First Floor: spacious, open, modern kitchen, and dinning area is all new and complete with utensils, appliances including range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal. Kitchen - dinning area has hickory cabinetry, and snack bar. Downstairs bedroom has queen size bed, hardwood maple floor, closet, phone, cable TV, and VCR. Downstairs bathroom contains tub/shower. Living room off open dining area complete with queen hide-a-bed couch, cable TV, VCR, and Play Station. A sliding patio door steps from living area to a spacious wrap around "roofed-in" and screened porch areas where a table and chairs awaits your breakfast and your evenings.
