Vintage and very clean. This is a smaller, yet accommodating cottage for an affordable vacation. This cottage is situated on one acre within the village of Pentwater, all the modern conveniences with the charm of Pentwater in this 40's. Combo kitchen and dining area. Small livingroom. The main floor has a bathroom (shower only).Four smaller bedrooms. Three bedrooms are also on the main floor; one with a queen bed, one with 2 twin beds, and another with a bunk bed (2 twins). The upstairs dormer style room has a full and 2 twin beds, lower ceiling, but works well for children.

Ideal location for families. Large shaded yard for kids to play in. One mile to the beach. Quaint little get-away! TV, VCR, grill & basic appliances, cable TV, DVD/VCR. By woods, tennis courts, basketball court & a few blocks from new large school playground & library. Very quiet, low traffic area. Room to park Jet Ski or boat trailer. Pet okay with permission.
