| Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise stated in the home's information. Saturday "Check In" and "Check Out" is at our 'home/office' at 333 Carroll (see map). Check-in: 4:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00AM sharp (to allow time for routine inspection of premises). A cleaning service will be available for those who prefer not to clean upoon checking out. NO PETS, unless the description states a pet is allowed. If no phone is mentioned, the cottage will not have a phone, bring your cellular phone. You will need all linens. Absolutely NO PETS or no inside smoking unless a home specifies otherwise. Book by phone. Deposit and contract is necessary upon booking to HOLD. Deposit is Not part of Rental payment, Michigan Use tax is 6% is required by law. Read, sign, return, and abide by all rental information/contract to ensure deposit return. Annual owner contracts may reflect price and availability changes, please check with management for date confirmation and contract changes. It should be noted that we are not in the Hotel/Motel business. These are private homes and should be treated with care and respect. This is greatly appreciated by the owners. Please leave the cottage in the same clean condition, as when you first arrived, new renters will be arriving shortly. Please note that each home has a specified number of guests and vehicles allowed, it is your responsiblity to inquire if you don't know. For larger gatherings many parks are available.
