is a full and a twin, the 4th is a bunk bed and 1 twin (3 twin)
there is also a den area with a full sofa sleeper and a TV, as well
as a full bathroom on the upper level as well. Another full bath
is on the main level. It has a nice sized kitchen that is well stocked,
and also has a stacked washer and dryer in a small washroom off
the kitchen. There are ceiling fans in all 4 bedrooms and a wood
stove for chilly nights. There are wood floors throughout the main
level and another large deck. It has TV, VCR, DVD Satellite basic
cable, sterio/radio, dishwasher, microwave, gas grill with extra
tank in garage, fire pit (on the beach only), 90 steps to the beach
with landings and benches for resting, beach chairs are also provided
near the beach behind the dune.

This cottage is not fancy, but definitely clean and cozy. There
are 2 very small bedrooms on the main floor; one with a queen bed
and the other with a double bed. The upstairs bedrooms are divided
by a half wall and accommodates 2 twin beds on one side and a bunk
bed set on the other side. We have a porch that runs across the
front or lake side and around to the kitchen.
Besides our fun Bass Lake beach front there is
a wonderful Lake Michigan beach called "The Outlet" and
is a short drive or walk from our cottage. On the cooler days Bass
Lake water always warms more quickly. For the hot days you can choose
either place to swim. There are several boat launches around Bass
Lake and it is fun to paddle to the outlet. We do have a small dock
but the water around the dock is shallow. We charge $100 for a pet
fee for those who love their pet. It is a pet friendly property,
but you must get details and permission. No firepit. Thank you.

upstairs has a tub/shower. There are air conditioners in the upstairs
bedrooms to ensure a good nights sleep. There is a very small bedroom
downstairs that has a twin size daybed. There is a small bathroom
downstairs that has a shower. Even though they are out in the open
there is a full size futon bed with frame and a single bed to use
if more sleeping areas are needed. Eight to ten people can sleep in
the house.THE ENTIRE HOUSE HAS FAIRLY NEW TILE, CARPET, PAINT AND
DRYWALL. THE KITCHEN HAS BEEN TOTALLY REDONE. The Schobers have provided
