Clean,
well-maintained, accommodating, smaller cottage on Pentwater
Lake includes dock usage and beach area. New flooring
in kitchen/dining area. There are 3 bedrooms. Sleeps 8.
The master bedroom has a king bed. The other two bedrooms
each have a lower full bed and an upper twin bed. There
is one bathroom with shower only. The kitchen is fully
furnished The cottage has a nice, open floor plan. The
new sliding glass door has a beautiful lake view and opens
to the deck. Pentwater Lake can also be viewed from all
the living room windows. Television with cable for those
rainy days. The cement patio area has a picnic table,gas
grill with free refills, and patio set. Nice yard for
children to play, no steep hills or steps to worry about.
The water level and beach area will change from year to
year, but has always had plenty of shallow water for children
to swim. Ample parking on property for 3 or 4 vehicles
& boat trailer . Shared dock allows for your use of
the east side of dock and west side for neighbors boat.
Public boat launch nearby.
No smoking, no pets.

For those who enjoy sun bathing, a
couple trees were removed for additioinal Michigan Sunshine
on
beach side. There are still nice and large shade trees on
the lot.
