Pentwater Village' Lake Front' Cottage and "Mother-In-Law" apartment for privacy and extra space. There is a seawall and a dock for boat or to fish from. This is a smaller yet quite accommodating cottage with a open floor plan, enclosed porch with full view windows, lower full futon (bed/couch) and upper twin bunk and additional sleeping area in apartment. This sun porch has privacy blinds for those taking advantage of the beds and desiring to 'sleep in'. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The living room is a 'step down' from dining area and has a tv with cable and vcr along with a newer sofa sleeper. There is a sliding glass door from living room to deck. Tiki torches for evening lighting, picnic table and lawn chairs.

There is additional sleeping space in the apartment with a futon couch that opens into a queen bed, and one chair that opens to a twin size futon. The apartment also has an open floor plan with kitchen/snack bar, table, tv, and full bathroom. The apartment has a small refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee pot. Pentwater Point Condos and Boat launch are close by; also near marina area. Both the cottage and apartment have a nautical style theme.. Spectacular view of lake from cotttage sliding glass doors that lead to the back yard and dock. Parking for up to 4 vehicles with permission.

Cottage and Apartment Accommodate up to 10 people. Cottage sleeps up to 7 and apartment sleeps up to 3.
