This Pentwater Village' Lake Front' Cottage is accommodating. Close to town and especially convenient for those with a boat or whose children like to fish from the seawall or dock under supervision of an adult. This is a smaller cottage yet quite accommodating with it's open floor plan. The enclosed porch has a lower futon (bed/couch) and upper twin bunk This sun porch has privacy blinds for those taking advantage of the beds and desiring to 'sleep in'. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The living room is a 'step down' from dining area and has a tv with vcr along with a newer queen sofa sleeper. There is a sliding glass door from living room to deck. Tiki torches for evening lighting, picnic table and lawn chairs and charcoal grill.
