There is the open loft area with sofa sleeper, one bathroom and one large bedroom on this floor with two full beds. The main floor has a bedroom with one full bed, one bathroom, kitchen/dining area and living room. The lower walkout level has a 'great room' which includes another sofa sleeper and table. Also enjoy the glasses/screened porch off the kitchen/livingroom area whch has anohter couch, chairs, and table for evening enjoyemnt. Currently there is a shoreline below the seawall with a nice area for swimming since water level is lower this year.
