There is a sun porch with a smaller eating area, all with great views of the lake The first floor bedroom has a nice queen bed and door to bathroom. Second Floor: 2 full beds in south upstairs bedroom, 2 twin beds in other upstairs bedroom with new full bathroom between the two rooms. Fans in each bedroom. Child-friendly outdoor area with play set and a large sand area equipped with toys. Circular driveway set off from road for bikes. Also plenty of room to park cars and water recreation vehicles (should you choose to bring those along). Sea wall with narrower steps and walkway to wide, long dock. Shallow area for kids to play and swim. There are 3 kayaks and a rowboat
for use, wearing life jackets are required along with adult supervision. Boats can be anchored off the beach area near dock, sorry dock is not available. Washer and dryer for use in the basement. Accommodates no more than eight people. Please inquire for more home details.
