Large four season room (Florida room) with marble floor and sliding glass doors for privacy between living room and Florida room - or can open to be one large room. 1 bedroom with air condtioning and full bed, another bedroom with queen bed, one bedroom with twin beds, smaller room with full bed. The living room has a large sectional with queen sleeper, Lots of room to entertain, spacious living areas, ample yard funiture and great view of Pentwater Lake. 2 TV's, 1 VCR 1DVD, gas grill. Kitchen has stove top, convention oven/microwave, dishwasher and ample utensils (plates, pots/pans, silverware, etc.). Close to Pentwater's Grocery Store, downtown and view of marinas. Washer/dryer on lower level. Portable firepit.
